For the reservation we charge a 1 night deposit (VISA, MC, Discover). If you would like to call us with your credit card, our office is open from Noon to 5pm or let us know the best time to call you and we’ll reserve your condo.

Three weeks notice required for all cancellations! Please send your cancellation request via email to: inquire@marylandercondo.net. If you cancel within 3 weeks or don’t show up, you will loose your deposit.

All of the condos at the Marylander are individually owned. While every unit has a different interior, the layout is basically the same.

You must be at least 21 years old to rent a condo. No high school or college groups are allowed.

Everyone must be over 21 OR at least one parent must be present at all times.

No party of any kind allowed at the hotel. We call the OCPD and evict upon the first complaint regardless of the time of the day. We charge the person who made the reservation for any and all damage to the condo while you or anyone from your party occupied it.

Check in time is from 3:00 PM.

Prior arrangements required for late arrivals. Please call us and let us know if you are arriving after hours.

Check out time is before 10:30 AM.

Late check out is possible for $50.00 until 6:00 PM but only if the condo is available for next day. Please arrange late check out time with the office on your last night.

There is only one parking space available for each condo. We have 26 spaces and 26 condos. Additional cars can park on the street for free. Cars without parking permit will be towed.

The Pool Hours are the same as the Office Hours. For more info, please call the Office as the hours change by the season.

Children under 15 years old are allowed in the pool area ONLY WITH parental/adult SUPERVISION!

Please use the outside sand shower when you return from the beach to help us keep the lobby and the building clean. Please make sure you towel dry before entering the lobby (from outside or from the pool) to avoid any accidents due to the wet floor in the lobby.

Please be considerate of the owners’ efforts to provide guests with all the comforts of home and treat it like such.

Smoking, grilling, or using any kind of open fire in the condos or in the building is PROHIBITED and will be fined.

Put only food in the garbage disposal.

Please do not leave trash in front of your unit or on the hallways. Tightly wrap all garbage and dispose into the dumpster located on our back parking Lot. Trash bags are available at the office; please stop by and get them.  If you spill something on the carpet in the condo or hallways please tell the front desk so we can deal with it right away.

We have a Laundry Room on the 2nd floor past the Game Room. The two full-size W/D can be used by guests between 6:00-10:00 PM in the Summer season and 4:00-10:00 PM in the off season.

Please don’t take room towels, spreads, or other items to the beach unless marked for beach use.

Items ruined or missing in/from your condo will be charged to your card.

Condos left in very dirty state will require additional cleaning fee. We reserve the right to charge an extra $25 to $50 dollars to your card in that case.

There is no daily maid service during your stay.

Please be considerate of your neighbors.  No loud noise, TV, voices, or music after 10:00 PM in your suite or in the building.  Ocean City has a strict noise ordinance, which is enforced.

If law enforcement is called or your were warned for disturbance, the management has the right to EVICT without any refund.

Washers and dryers are in every condo. Please do not leave the dryers on when you are not in the suite. After each use, please clean the lint trap and add water to the filter cup which makes the drying time shorter. Do not operate dryer with closet door closed (if there is one); it must be open for ventilation.

Please do not set the thermostat lower then 69 F as it will freeze and will not work at all. Please keep balcony doors shut when the AC is running.

If you check out prior to your scheduled check-out time or early and the office is not open yet, simply put your keys in the after-hours key drop in the rental office door and leave your parking pass in your unit on a table. There is a $10.00 fee for the keys and parking passes if they are not properly returned upon check out.

Replacement of parking permit is $25.00; there is only one parking space available for each condo. We have 26 spaces and 26 condos. Additional cars can park on the street for free. Cars without parking permit will be towed.

Sorry, there is no refund for early checkout or for cancellation because of inclement weather.

After-ours Services/Emergency lock out service: After hours we charge $25.00 cash + $10.00 for the lost key. Details are available at the front desk.
